Zora Saskova

Zora is originally from the Czech Republic where she graduated with a BSc in Physical Education from the University of West Bohemia. Pursuing her interest in the role and meaning of sport and physical activity in the life of individuals and societies, she then embarked on obtaining an MSc in Sociology of Sport and Exercise from the University of Chester, UK. Currently, she is completing her PhD in the field of Sport, Labour Migration and Identity at Ulster University, UK. Given her sport-related interdisciplinary background, Zora is passionate about a holistic approach to physical education that fosters active and healthy lifestyle choices.
Before moving to Sweden in 2020, Zora lived in Northern Ireland, England, Sierra Leone, Denmark, and the US. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and finding active ways to enjoy the great outdoors.
