Most SIS Diploma Programme graduates go on to university, but some may choose to enter the workforce directly. To support every student, we have a dedicated counsellor who guides them through these important decisions with care and expertise.

Structured Guidance (Grades 10–12)

From Grade 10, students follow a structured programme that introduces them to available options, helps them explore their strengths, and develops the skills needed for effective applications. One-to-one guidance ensures support is tailored to each student’s interests, goals, and needs. Parents are kept informed throughout the process.

Grade 10

Students begin career and university guidance with talks and tools to help them reflect on their strengths and potential pathways.

Grade 11

Students explore global university options, participate in workshops, meet university representatives, and receive mentoring to prepare for applications and informed choices.

Grade 12

Guidance becomes highly individualised, focusing on aspirations, application preparation, mock interviews, workshops, and maximising presentation skills. SIS continues support after graduation, providing transcripts and documentation for university, gap years, or national service.

Our students consistently gain entry to some of the world’s leading universities.

Personal Counselling

Upper School can be challenging academically and emotionally. Our counsellor supports students with emotional well-being, stress management, and guidance on educational choices. They are accessible for ongoing support and can recommend additional professional help when needed.

At SIS, we are committed to guiding students with empathy and confidence as they navigate both their academic and personal journeys.
