Meet the staff team who lead our school.

There are two leadership teams at SIS that manage the daily running of the school and the quality of teaching and learning. Both teams are led by the Interim Director, David Osler, and feature the section Principals, supplemented by appropriate colleagues. They work closely together to ensure the school runs smoothly and that students receive a high-quality education.

Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

The Senior Leadership Team focuses on the overall organisation of the school. This includes daily operations, planning, and long-term development. The SLT makes sure that the school is safe, well organised, and able to support students and staff effectively. Some SLT members also serve on the Educational Leadership Team.

Educational Leadership Team (ELT)

The Educational Leadership Team focuses on teaching and learning. This team works across all age groups to support teachers and improve learning experiences for students. Many ELT members are also part of the SLT, which helps connect school leadership decisions directly to what happens in the classroom.
