The Welcome Event will take place on Wednesday, August 14th from 12:30 – 16:30 at both campus locations – Johannesgatan and Norra Latin.
Important: Please check the schedule below to see the times when students will visit their classroom. Please make sure you arrive with enough time to register.
Primary School (Early Years – Grade 5)
The Welcome Event for primary school is from 12:30 – 14:30. School doors will open at 12:00.
The address is Johannesgatan 18 SE-111 38 Stockholm
Primary school parents and students will be invited to the classroom at the times listed below:
- Early Years & Kindergarten, 12:30 – 13:00
- Grades 1 & 2, 13:00 – 13:30
- Grades 3, 4 and 5, 13:30 – 14:00
Middle & Upper School (Grades 6 – 12)
The Welcome Event for middle and upper school is from 15:00 – 16:30. School doors will open at 15:00.
The address is Drottninggatan 71B, 111 36 Stockholm
Students will be invited to their advisory classroom at the times listed below:
- Grades 11 & 12, 15:30
- Grade 10, 15:35
- Grade 8 & 9, 15:40
- Grade 6 & 7, 15:45
Don’t forget, if you are a new parent/guardian then kindly collect your Family Badge on arrival. If you are a returning parent/guardian then please wear your Family Badge at the event.
