International families seeking an established and high-quality IB school for their children will find what they are looking for at Stockholm International School. For nearly 75 years SIS has guided and supported students through key stages of educational development, helping them mature academically and personally, and guiding them in their career and university choices.

The school is an independent, open-admission, co-educational day school (Kindergarten – grade 12) governed by a Board of Trustees. The language of instruction is English. SIS is an IB Continuum school and offers the IB PYP, MYP, and DP programmes. Applications are accepted throughout the academic year from families moving to Stockholm or wishing to transfer from another school in the region.
