Barry Walker

Barry Walker grew up in Los Angeles and graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor’s degree in Art (with an emphasis in Design). He worked as a magazine art director for over fifteen years before starting to teach Design at Santa Monica College in California. Since emigrating to Sweden in 2001 he has worked as both an art director and a teacher. Barry earned his teaching certification at Umeå University and teaches Design for grade 6 and Art in grades 7-10.

Barry spends his spare time with his wife and family and enjoys yoga and traveling the world.
