Estíbaliz is originally from Spain, where she was awarded a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a Major in Special Education and a Masters degree in Spanish as a Second Language at the Universidad Camilo José Cela (Madrid).

Gaining teaching experience in Norway (Trondheim), Sweden (Instituto Cervantes) and other international schools in Spain, she moved to Sweden in 2019 and joined the Language Acquisition department in 2021.
