Lindsay Nicander

Grade 2 Teacher

Lindsay is originally from the UK. She graduated from the University of Warwick with a Bachelor of Arts in History. After graduation, Lindsay moved to London and developed a career within Human Resources, specialising in recruitment, training and development. She completed a Masters Degree in Personnel and Development in 2007.

In 2009 Lindsay relocated to Sweden and began working within international education. She discovered her passion for working with young people and has never looked back! Lindsay took the opportunity to retrain, qualifying in 2013. Since then, she has enjoyed working as a teacher in Stockholm and was delighted to join SIS in 2021.

When she is not teaching, Lindsay loves exploring another passion – photography. Lindsay is now a Swedish citizen with a bilingual English/Swedish family.
