Stephanie Kroeker
Stephanie Kroeker joined SIS as Primary School Vice Principal in December 2024. She brings over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience from international schools in Canada, Hong Kong, China, and Singapore. Originally from Vancouver, Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Positive and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London, along with a Bachelor of Arts and a teaching certificate from Canada.
Stephanie’s international experience spans diverse roles, including primary classroom teacher, Learning Support Coordinator, and Head of Learning Support. In Hong Kong, she was the co-founder of an educational consulting business to support schools with their inclusion policies and provide support to families. Her expertise lies in fostering student wellbeing, building inclusive learning environments, and coaching educators to support their professional growth.
She is deeply committed to empowering students to take ownership of their learning and helping them achieve academic excellence in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Stephanie is passionate about creating strong connections between students, educators, and families, ensuring a vibrant and inclusive school community at SIS.
Stephanie shares moving around the world with her husband and two sons, who are also embracing life outdoors in Stockholm, especially ice skating.
