Athletics and Sport

The SIS Sports Association’s programme offers a wide range of sports and is always inclusive, competitive and enjoyable. Our philosophy is to challenge our students and to focus on good sportsmanship, respect and cooperation. At SIS we want our students to have fun, to compete but also to learn the importance of an active, healthy and balanced lifestyle.

“The best way to improve your memory, be more stress-resistant and be more creative and maximise your intelligence is to be active and engage in sports. Regular exercise is proven to be the best training for the brain.” Magnus Fogelström, Sports Director
