Holiday harmonies

Our term ended today with happy gatherings of SIS families, students, and staff, for two terrific concerts at the Immanuelskyrkan not far from Johannesgatan. Once again our music teachers had brought out the talents of all ages in a joyful mix of traditional festive songs, contemporary numbers, and great instrumental pieces.

Director, Marisa León, was unfortunately not able to attend but sent a message delivered by Deputy Director, David Osler, thanking students, parents, staff, and the Board of Trustees for their support during the year, and looked forward with excitement to 2023 and our move to Norra Latin.

The smiles of the audiences said it all, as happiness and goodwill filled the building. And as the concerts ended the happiness spilled outside as the end of term crept ever closer.
